Privacy Policy
Processing principles under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. · Effective from: 26 August 2026
This is an informational translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Slovak version prevails.

2. What data we process
- Identification and contact data: e-mail address, or Telegram ID / username.
- Usage data: configured radars (search criteria – location, price, number of rooms), history of delivered alerts, in-app activity.
- Payment data: subscription status and history. Payment card data is processed exclusively by the payment gateway provider (Stripe); we do not store it.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, logs and cookies necessary for operation.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Processors and recipients
We disclose personal data only to trusted providers who process it on our behalf under a contract and provide adequate safeguards:
- Stripe – payment processing,
- Telegram – alert delivery (if you use Telegram),
- a cloud hosting provider – operation of the application and the database,
- an e-mail delivery provider – sending login and system e-mails.
Traffic is measured with our own analytics tool running on our hosting; it stores no cookies and shares no data with any third party.
Some providers may process data outside the EU (e.g. the USA); in that case the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses or another appropriate GDPR mechanism.
5. Retention period
We keep account data for the duration of the account and thereafter for the time necessary to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. accounting documents for 10 years). After account deletion, data we are no longer required to keep is erased or anonymised.
6. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise your rights by e-mailing info@realradar.sk.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
