2. Description of the service
RealRadar SK is an informational software tool that monitors publicly available real-estate listings across the Slovak property market on the user's behalf, processes them, and notifies the user of offers matching their configured criteria via Telegram and/or the web interface (Smart alerts, Smart map). The range of monitored sources may change over time.
We are not a real-estate agency and we are not a contracting party in the brokerage, rental, or sale of real estate. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, timeliness, or availability of third-party listings. Price, floor-area, and other parameters are extracted from the text of third-party listings and may be inaccurate.
3. Registration and user account
Use of the service requires creating an account (by e-mail / via Telegram). The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for keeping their login credentials confidential. The service may be used by persons over 18 years of age or persons with the capacity to enter into contracts.
4. Plans and prices
The service is available in a free plan (Free) and in paid plans (Basic, Pro, Ultra) with monthly billing, or in one-time "Founding" plans. Current prices and feature scope are listed on the Pricing page. Prices shown are final prices; the operator is not a VAT payer.
The operator reserves the right to change prices and plan scope. Changes do not affect periods already paid for. Users of "Founding" plans retain the agreed scope (grandfathering) under the conditions valid at the time of purchase.
5. Payment terms
Payments for paid plans are made online by payment card through the payment gateway provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). The operator does not store payment card data. Monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled by the user.
The tax document (invoice) is made available to the user electronically.
6. Withdrawal from the contract (consumer)
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days, under § 19 et seq. of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection. Withdrawal can be sent by e-mail to info@realradar.sk or using the model form in Annex 2 to that Act.
Where the user expressly asks for the service to start before that period expires and then withdraws, they pay a pro-rata share of the price for what was actually provided up to the withdrawal (§ 21(5) of the Act); we refund the remainder within 14 days.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time in account settings or via info@realradar.sk; cancellation stops the next automatic charge, and the currently paid period runs until its end.
7. Complaints
Complaints regarding the functioning of the service can be submitted by e-mail to info@realradar.sk. We will handle the complaint without undue delay, no later than within 30 days. If the service does not work as described, the user is entitled to an appropriate remedy (repair, a replacement period, or a pro-rata refund).
8. User rights and obligations
The user undertakes not to misuse the service, in particular not to overload it in an automated way, not to circumvent plan limits, not to copy data in bulk, and not to use it contrary to the terms of the source portals or applicable law. The operator may restrict or cancel an account that violates these terms.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, or timeliness of alerts, as these depend on the availability and structure of third-party source portals. The operator is not liable for damage arising from the user missing an offer, nor for the conduct of third parties (advertisers). The operator's liability is, to the maximum extent permitted by law, limited to the price paid by the user for the last billing period.
10. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the separate document Privacy Policy.
11. Alternative dispute resolution
A consumer has the right to contact the operator with a request for redress if dissatisfied with how a complaint was handled. If the operator responds negatively or does not respond within 30 days, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. to an ADR body — in particular the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority, www.soi.sk, or another body on the list kept by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
12. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The operator may amend the terms; users will be informed of material changes in advance. By using the service after the changes take effect, the user agrees to them.
